It is also called Lukpe Lawao. It is a high altitude glacier basin in Karakoram Range lies in gilgit baltistan. It is located at 16000 meters high from sea level. It is approximately 16 km wide. It scenic beauty attracts the millions of tourist. It provides a twilight view. It is also called the world’s longest glacier. It spreads down for hispar pass in opposite direction and forming a 100 km river of ice. The journey of this lake begins from skardu.
