It is most popular tourist attraction and also most visited place. It is located at 34 km from the city of gilgit. It offers a wonderful places for tourists. It is the most travelling place in Pakistan. This colourful valley has a rich history and culture. It is also offering colourful traditions and also a stunning view. It is a forested region known for its dramatic mountain scenery and also for three lakes. It provides a stunning view when it is covered by snow.  Its temperature is comfortable mostly in summers. There are many tuk shops and resorts. This is also covered with an amazing and thick alpine forest. There are two villiges of naltar valley. Naltar bala and naltar paain. Naltar express connects with gilgit city. There is a nomal town in the naltar valley and a nomal road goes to “the silk road” to china. There are also five attractive lakes located in naltar valley: Halima Lake, Pari Lake, blue lake, Bodo Lake and Satrangi Lake at the distance of 13 km from bala. There is also a naltar green garden known as Halima garden.  Also a ski festival held in this valley every year.
